In order to create the most optimal conditions for painting, the volume of the spray booth must be provided with a uniform flow of purified and heated air directed from the ceiling to the floor. The set includes special filters, the installation of which ensures reliable cleaning of the supplied air. To ensure uniform and fast drying of the painted surfaces, a heating system is used by blowing the inner volume of the painting booth, in which an automatically set temperature regime is maintained. Using the remote control, you can set the modes and drying time.
Features of the spray booth design
The spray booth must have walls and ceilings at least 50 mm thick. It is desirable that the panels for walls and ceilings be filled with mineral wool based on polystyrene and basalt based. To ensure that the air in the chamber is constantly heated, a heating ventilation unit is used, which usually includes supply and exhaust units, as well as an automatic drive in its design.
The operation of the control unit is based on a logic device based on microprocessor technology. Using the control unit, you can automatically maintain the air temperature in the spray booth. After finishing painting on the control panel, you can set the automatic blowing mode and cooling mode at the end of the work. Painting booths are usually installed either on a concrete base or on a prefabricated metal base.
