Due to the fact that metal products are characterized by very good strength, they are used in various industries. But they are most in demand in construction work. Ferrous metals are most often used, and as for non-ferrous rolled products, it is used for the manufacture of various parts that are used in the medical field, instrumentation, as well as for the manufacture of dishes, decorative items, equipment for the chemical, aviation and space industries.
If you look at any price list for rolled metal, then in addition to sheet, shaped and high-quality metal, you can find reinforcement, corrugated board and pipes, which can be electrically welded, hot-rolled, water and gas supply and galvanized. As for the shape of the pipes, they can be not only round, but oval and profile: rectangular, square. Angles, beams and channel bars are in great demand in construction work.
In the food, chemical and automotive industries, stainless steel is more commonly used. If we take into account the price, then the most affordable, and therefore not so expensive, is black metal. After that, stainless steel is a little more expensive. And the most expensive and at the same time not so often bought is non-ferrous rolled products. But as for strength and durability, a lot depends on what alloys are used in the manufacture of ferrous metal products. Depending on the manufacturing method, it can be: varietal, sheet (it is often called flat), shaped and artistic.
