In the first quarter of 2015, there was a downward trend in consumer demand for products of this category, which continued in the second and third quarters. And although cheap household chemicals continue to be imported into the country, as well as produced on the territory of the Russian Federation, in comparison with 2014, their cost has grown with the purchasing power of citizens unchanged.
In this situation, Russian citizens determine for themselves the primary and main types of goods from the category of household and household chemicals, which are purchased in stores. Started selling wholesale household chemicals in Moscow in an assortment of cheap analogues of dubious quality. There is a tendency to buy only the necessary products, without which it is difficult today to cope with household chores or personal care. • 11% in the category of face, body, hair care products;
• 9% in the category of balms, masks, conditioners, hair color fixers;
• up to 8% in the category of products for men (after shave gels, shaving foams).
Analyzing on household chemicals wholesale price in 2015, you can see the price growth trend from 18 to 21%. The maximum rise in price affected products for face and body care. Today, foreign-made household chemicals in bulk have increased in price by 25%. What is the reason for this?
