In addition, over 60 projects in the country's agricultural sector are being implemented by foreign investors. The Korean company Lotte is implementing a project for the production of confectionery products. The French Lactalis and the German Meggle will launch projects for the production and processing of dairy products in various regions of Kazakhstan, while the Italian Cremonini will build a modern factory for the production of a wide range of meat products.
The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan heads the Council of Foreign Investors, the main goal of which is to promote direct dialogue between the government of the country and foreign investors, as well as to create favorable investment and legal conditions for diversifying the economy.
