Pasteurization of liquids produced in production for human consumption is carried out using a tubular pasteurizer. It is suitable for the treatment of those liquids that can be processed without temperature exposure (lowering or raising the temperature). Manufacturers of packaged juices, dairy products and various beverages are the main buyers of these machines. tubular pasteurizer for natural juice is in particular demand, because these products are produced in huge batches throughout the country.
Device device
The tubular pasteurizer includes two cylindrical parts fixed on a frame and located one above the other in height. The set also includes tube-type chamber grilles and heat exchange tubes connected in pairs. All parts of the pasteurizer are made of stainless steel to ensure the hygiene of the process and its safety when working with food liquids.
The pasteurization process consists of the following stages:
- Supplying hot steam under pressure and venting excess air to avoid blockages in pipes.
- Turning on the pump, under the action of which the liquid is fed into the cylinders (first the lower, then the upper), is pasteurized and removed from the device through a special valve.
- The finished pasteurized liquid at the outlet has a temperature of about 90 degrees. If the pasteurization process is unsuccessful, the cycle is restarted. The pasteurizer is equipped with a special temperature sensor and a condensate drain.
The payback of the unit is so fast that the question of the advisability of purchasing a pasteurizer for organizing continuous production never comes before the management of the companies.
