Cancer and stroke are terrible diseases, which, unfortunately, are frequent companions of workaholics, by the way, workaholism is also a disease. But why? The body does not rest, the cells do not regenerate, they do not have the strength to cope with the attack of harmful bacteria, and the heart is exhausted. Not an impressive prospect, is it?

Some people get so used to work that they consider rest such a vice as - laziness. But sometimes it is during the rest, when our brain is rested, that we are visited by ideas that give us a huge leap forward in our career. In addition, people who put work first in their lives eventually become irritable and sad. But this affects your family and those close to you so much. And some, with the help of eternal employment, try to get away from the problems that haunt them. But, unfortunately, the problems do not go away, moreover, sometimes they become even more serious.
