To test the operation of power transmission line voltage transformers, many of which are located in rather remote or inaccessible areas, special equipment is used, compactly mounted on a cross-country vehicle. Such an installation is classified as an electrical testing laboratory (ETPL-110-35S) has all the necessary equipment, measuring and calibration devices, the accuracy of which determines the quality of testing and the reliability of the further operation of transformers. That is why maintenance and Repair of ETPL-110-35S must be carried out in professional service centers specializing in the provision of this type of service.
What is included in health diagnostics
A mobile electrotechnical laboratory is used for testing, calibration and metrological certification of voltage transformers directly at their installation site. Therefore, all electrical equipment and tools on it must be safe to use, comply with the dielectric values established for them, which must be checked first of all, while:
- Automatic single-phase or three-phase voltage setting must have an accuracy of 1% of the tested transformer.
- Testing three-phase voltage transformers must withstand currents up to 35 kV.
- The touch control panel must comply with established safety standards for the simultaneous operation of 2 operators.
Designed for operation in the field, the equipment is designed to give accurate test readings at temperatures from -20 to +40 C degrees, relative air humidity up to 80% and atmospheric pressure, no more than 800 mm Hg. pillar. The time for one measurement should not exceed 5 minutes.
All these indicators are checked during scheduled maintenance with the elimination of identified malfunctions, about which a corresponding entry is made in the ETPL-110-35S technical passport.
