The design and principle of operation of all types of gas stations since 2012 have been regulated by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (with the exception of gas stations located at facilities with a higher hazard class, which are additionally monitored by Rostekhnadzor). All requirements imposed by state regulatory structures are strictly and fully met by the manufacturer of the so-called mini gas stations and gas station of LLC Fuel Modular Systems. The list of stations offered to the consumer includes:
- Gas stations of block type.
- A gas station based on a special container.
- Separate fuel station.
- Mobile filling stations.
All of them are valid alternatives to classic gas stations. Compliant with fire safety standards. They are an effective (not costly) option for solving the issue of procurement, storage, as well as providing commercial, industrial or departmental transport with fuel.
The principle of the device and technical features
The classic principle of the functionality of a mini gas station includes (as a rule) one drain and two filling points for each available type of fuel and consists of:
- A special module for storing fuel. At the same time, the operation of one-wall tanks is limited and is allowed at a distance from settlements or strategic objects.
- Filling unit with dispenser.
- A canopy, a variety of options are available depending on the wishes of the customer, the only condition is that they must be made using non-combustible materials.
- The control panel and the control room are installed at the distance provided for by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) regulations from the filling station and the tank filling point.
All gas stations produced at the enterprise are equipped with an automated accounting system for incoming and outgoing fuels, as well as the balance at the time of inspection. Signaling of the tightness of storage tanks, a payment terminal (if necessary) and video surveillance, which provides for the possible operation of the station in automatic mode.
