Otherwise, the remnants of the program are saved on the phone and you need to delete them and re-download the application. 5. Blocked by system
Viber can be installed, but blocked by the system for sending messages from the account. To restore, you either need to wait while the administration unblocks the account, or change the SIM card and register the account with a different number.
