Stages of mold repair
Carrying out repair and modernization of the mold requires a whole list of various tasks. They are carried out by specialists of the company "MPI" in several stages, such as:
- Preparation of technical specifications by the customer. This document describes the amount of work that will need to be done by the enterprise wizards.
- Providing the client with drawings or models of the mold, with which the company's specialists will have to work in the future.
- Delivery of the mold at the enterprise. If necessary, representatives of the company can independently carry out the transportation.
- Mold troubleshooting. It involves a technical analysis of the provided object.
- Experimental work on the mold. This stage of implementation only if necessary.
- Drawing up an estimate for the performance of work related to the repair or modernization of a specific mold.
- Implementation of the originally set task in full accordance with the previously drawn up terms of reference.
- Testing the operation of the mold after its repair or modernization.
- Making recommendations on the correct operation of the facility by the customer.
- Transfer of new documents to the mold to the client. This applies to drawings and models of all refurbished or upgraded items.
