The Declaration is a reporting form that was introduced by the Federal Law in force from January 1, 2019. It applies exclusively to those facilities that, as a result of their activities, provide a negative impact (impact) (NOV) on the environment of the 2nd category. The document is provided in writing or in electronic form, certified by an electronic signature (as fill out a declaration on the impact on the OS read below). It must contain certain information:

· Location of the legal entity, its initials
· Place of residence of the entrepreneur
· Data on activities aimed at nature protection
· Type of activity, volume and type of product
Object code
Unpleasant incidents at work, accidents, accidents and malfunctions
· Volume, mass of emissions
· Information on environmental control.
If an entrepreneur is not sure what category of supervision his production activity belongs to, this information can be seen in the certificate of registration of the EIA. The level of supervision will also be indicated there.
What are the deadlines for submitting data on the impact on the OS?
The Ministry of Natural Resources has set a certain deadline for providing information - once every 7 years. Together with the document, you must provide: calculations of standard discharges and emissions. They will be annexes to the declaration. But with the condition that the data and production processes: qualitative discharges, quantitative emissions and stationary sources will be unchanged. If the slightest changes have occurred, then you need to go as quickly as possible and submit a declaration, not forgetting to update the information on the EIA.
The declaration made before the beginning of 2019 is still valid until the expiry date (it is indicated in the document).
How to fill in
Section 1 contains information about accidents, the amount of damage caused, elimination of consequences (if there were none, then you need to put dashes). These boxes must be filled out reliably. In the following table, you need to indicate the hazard class, mass of emissions, source of emissions (each is filled in separately). Table 5 is drawn up according to the result of permissible emissions, and 6 is an addition, which indicates the mass and volume of waste disposed: quantity, number, hazard class.
