Political career
Vladimir Mikhailovich Zaman's path to politics began during the Euromaidan period. The general refused to comply with an order from senior management to use force against the protesters. According to him, the Defense Minister and the Prosecutor General ordered the withdrawal of troops against the citizens.
From that moment on, Zamana became a disgraced general, and left his post in 2014. Having become a member of the political party "Honor and Strength" in 2019, he retrained as a party leader. He is currently the fifth on the list of activists.

Scandalous details
The retired general Zamana, who hoped to get the seat of the country's Minister of Defense, constantly criticized the current government. He actively participated in the overthrow of President Yanukovych, criticized the new government, accused the authorities of “surrendering” Crimea.
