High pressure hydraulic hoses are a part of hydraulic systems that is used as a flexible connection. With their help, oil, liquid fuel, emulsions are transported. To strengthen the structure of RVD , one or more layers of metal or textile braid are used. The products are used on industrial lines, in construction, for agricultural machinery, on ships.

The products are supplied to Ukraine, they are being cut, pressed and tested. Finished products are used in oil, transport, metallurgical, mining and other industries.
Varieties of high pressure hoses
Hoses type 1SN, 1ST, 2SN, 2ST have an inner ball made of oil-repellent synthetic rubber. The structure is reinforced with a layer of steel braid. The outer cover is made of rubber, which is resistant to abrasion, atmospheric and ozone influences. Materials used in production provide:
- flexibility;
- minimum bend radius;
- light weight;
- compact dimensions;
- resists constant contact with oil.
Inner diameter is 5-51 mm, working pressure: 40-400 bar. Hoses type 4SP, 4SH, 3SP have an inner diameter of 10-51 mm, and the ability to withstand 165-500 bar. Quality and technical parameters are regulated by standards N 857, as well as EN 853. The first number in the sleeve marking indicates the number of layers of steel braid.
Polyflex products according to DIN 20022 have dimensions of 10-51 mm, withstand pressures up to 4000 bar. The working temperature of all products is -40 - +100 degrees.
RVD can be reinforced with textile mesh. The outer layer is rubber, which repels water and oil. The inner ball is made of synthetic rubber.
Teflon sleeves have a white Teflon inner layer and stainless steel braid. Designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -54 ° C to + 232 ° C.
Thermoplastic sleeves have a thermoplastic polyester inner layer, polyester fiber reinforcement, and a polyurethane outer cover. Their diameter is 11-34 mm, working pressure is 145-350 bar.
