Hydraulic pushers TE are hydraulic equipment designed to ensure the operability of the brake system in lifting mechanisms and conveyor-type transport devices. Crane tappets work like hydraulic pistons. Their performance is ensured by transformer oil, which must be changed at least once a year during maintenance work. Such equipment is widely used in mechanical engineering.
Technical parameters of TE hydraulic pusher
There are many types of crane tappets, let's try to figure it out with this series. Most TE hydraulic pushers are operated at a voltage not exceeding 380 V and a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz. All our equipment complies with GOST 15150-U2. The devices operate in a rotary-short-time mode on oil for transformers (GOST 982-80C). Other technical indicators can be examined further.

If the device is operated indoors, the warranty period is 3 years. Outdoor installation - no more than 2.5 years (up to 6000 hours).
Device and operating principle of fuel cell
The TE hydraulic pusher includes the following elements:
- asynchronous motor;
- centrifugal wheel;
- piston;
- stock;
- sealing rings;
- pump casing;
- body for pusher.
Hydraulic pusher TE converts electric current into energy producing mechanical movement of the rod. These devices are required to work in crane braking systems and for other equipment with lifting and transport functions.
After starting the electric motor, transformer oil is pumped under the piston by means of a centrifugal wheel. This creates an overpressure that moves the stem to the extended position, and the brake pads are released. Turning off the device returns the stem to its original down position by the spring of the shoe brake.
For the successful operation of the equipment, you will need to do the following:
- Check the oil level and top up if necessary. Otherwise, the pusher will overheat and make noise during operation. <
