The purchase of five new large-capacity electric buses will help to solve the problem of delivering passengers to a remote sleeping area of Odessa. Here is how the head of the commission of the housing and communal sector of the city commented on this decision Alexander Ivanitskiy :
- “The decision was made taking into account the fact that last year, due to quarantine restrictions, passenger traffic in this direction decreased by 30%.
- The purchase of innovative buses will reduce the costs of carriers without reducing the traffic intensity. "
At the same time, the costs include only the purchase of the passenger vehicles themselves, which absolutely do not require any reconstruction or re-equipment of the highway.
