Russia is expected to maintain its coal exports to China at the same level of 15 million tonnes achieved in the previous year, according to Russian Deputy Energy Minister Anatoly Yanovsky.
Russian exports to China in 2015 decreased by 10 million tons compared to the previous year, Yanovsky told reporters on the sidelines of the economic forum. This volume was sold to other Asian countries, he said.
Yanovsky also said that Russia will maintain its total production and export of coal in 2016.
In 2016, Russian coal exports to China will remain at the same level
