According to a statement by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Russian-made military products were supplied to 58 countries throughout 2015, expanding into new markets in Latin America, Africa, South Asia and the Middle East.
Putin stressed that ties with Russia's main traditional partners, including the CIS and CSTO countries, India, Egypt, Iraq, Vietnam, China, Algeria and some other states, play an important role in expanding the portfolio of military orders. At the same time, new arms markets are being developed - in the countries of Africa, Latin America, South Asia, and the Middle East.
Vladimir Putin noted that "in 2015, intergovernmental agreements were concluded with five states through military technical cooperation." In 2015, deliveries of military products were carried out to 58 countries of the world, and in general, Russia has more than 100 partners in this area, he said.
