Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zangane said that Iran is not currently considering the possibility of freezing the level of oil production offered by Saudi Arabia.
IRINN TV channel quoted the minister: “I had a conversation with the Minister of Oil of Saudi Arabia at that meeting (in Doha - ed.), Because they wanted to reduce the level of oil production in our country to the level of the beginning of 2016. I told him: you are really joking! "
Rukneddin Javadi, director of the National Iranian Oil Company, said earlier last week that Iran's oil production was 3.7 million barrels per day. According to him, Iran will be ready to join the plan to freeze production in 1-2 months after reaching the level of oil production and export before the imposition of sanctions.
