Major steel producers in Russia announced their sales revenue for the first half of 2016. Steel production increased in the first half of 2016, but steel output by Severstal and EVRAZ fell.
In the first half of 2016, NLMK's crude steel output in Russia reached 8.22 million tonnes; followed by EVRAZ with 6.744 million tons; MMK with 6.208 million tons; Severstal in 5.721 million tons; Metalloinvest with 2.291 million tonnes.
