In accordance with the principles of corporate social responsibility of the Metinvest Group, Zaporzhstal in 2016 will allocate UAH 3.8 million to improve the living conditions of workers.
Within the framework of the comprehensive program "Working Life", which has been implemented at the enterprise since 2012, the plant continues to work to create the most comfortable working conditions for the employees of the enterprise.
Zaporizhstal allocated about 2.9 million hryvnias for repair and renovation of sanitary facilities of the sinter shop, the shop for preparation of compositions, crimping, production preparation management and other shops. By the end of the year, repair work will be completed at the production facilities of the steelmaking industry and the repair shop for metallurgical furnaces.
The air conditioning system has been completely modernized in the new household premises, modern plumbing fixtures, hair dryers and functional lockers have been installed, which makes the premises comfortable at any time of the year.
At the same time, Zaporizhstal annually directs millions of investments to improve the working conditions of the company's employees. Since 2012, the plant has allocated about UAH 29 million for these purposes.
