Russia's Evraz, one of the country's largest steelmakers, said on Tuesday that its third-quarter steel production rose 6 percent qoq to 3.4 million tonnes after completing blast furnace repairs.
The company said that in the fourth quarter of 2016, production at facilities in Russia is expected to remain unchanged, while production in Ukraine will decline due to planned repairs.
