According to the latest data from the Federal Customs Service of Russia, the export of ferrous metals in Russia increased by 3.2%, to 39.32 million tons in January-November last year compared to the same period in 2015.
Russian pig iron exports rose 1.2% to 593,000 tonnes and semi-finished steel exports rose 4.1% year-on-year.
At the same time, Russian ferrous metals exports totaled $ 12.62 billion, down 10.2% year-on-year.
