Russia can return to the construction of the South Stream?

A project that seems to be dead can still return. This was announced by Igor Ilingin, Commercial Attaché of the Russian Embassy in Bulgaria.

Such plans of Russia are also troubling for some countries of the European Union. They mean that Moscow will gain even greater influence on the EU gas market. Already about a third of the gas consumed in Europe comes from Russia. The construction of another pipe will mean an increase in the EU's gas dependence.
