POSCO Coated & Color Steel Co., Ltd (POSCO C & C), South Korea's third largest company, is slated to expand its production capacity starting in March this year, with an investment of US $ 34.2 million.
Posco has three continuous galvanizing lines in operation and plans to add a fourth galvanizing line. The company's production capacity will increase to 410,000 tons.
The new plant will provide an annual steel production capacity of 60,000 tons, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2018 for a test run.
