India's Tata Steel and Germany's ThyssenKrupp have entered the final stages of merger negotiations for their European business, and the final result is expected to be reached in May this year.
However, none of the companies can guarantee that these negotiations will lead to a final decision. On this issue, Tata Steel notes that it is still trying to negotiate with ThyssenKrupp.
