China's National Bureau of Statistics released sophisticated data on copper production, which rose 8.5 percent in March from a year earlier to 764,000 tons. This is China's highest copper production since at least December 2015, while aluminum and iron ore output levels were lower from a month earlier.
Base metals and iron ore output from the world's largest producer of metals increased showed year-on-year.
