The US International Trade Commission has tentatively decided that there are 21 signs that aluminum foil products imported from China are causing material damage to domestic industries.
The US Department of Commerce will continue to investigate the case and is expected to make preliminary decisions on anti-dumping and countervailing investigations in June and August, respectively.
China hopes that the two sides will continue to negotiate and must discuss all issues to resolve the issue. He hopes the US Department of Commerce will act with caution and reject statements that undermine mutual benefits.
