USA imposes import duties on plates from Taiwan and other countries

The United States State Department of Commerce announced anti-dumping duties on imports of carbon steel plate from Taiwan and eight other countries.

Among these, the anti-dumping duty for China Steel Corporation increased to 75.42%; while for other manufacturers the rates were 39.52%, and for Shang Chen Steel Co., Ltd. rates are maintained at 3.62%.

In addition, the US International Trade Commission announced the final decision and adjusted the results of the anti-dumping duty on imports of carbon steel plate from France, Germany, Korea and Taiwan.
