PJSC "Zaporozhogneupor" has implemented an information dispatching system for managing production processes

An information dispatching system for managing production processes allows online monitoring of compliance with production technology and labor safety of employees of the enterprise.

With the help of the installed equipment, specialists online monitor the operation of the pressing equipment, product sorting and the technology of mass molding in the main workshops of the enterprise. At the moment, the system has 59 video cameras installed at key production sites.

All data obtained with the help of video cameras is transmitted to the central dispatch center, equipped with a 96-inch screen (4 LED screens of 46 inches each), continuously throughout the day. By the end of 2017, it is planned to install 4 more LED screens.

“The commissioning of an information dispatching system for managing production processes is the next stage in the modernization of Zaporozhgneupor. The software integrated into the structure of the enterprise helps to control the key parameters that affect the quality of products, the effectiveness of repairs, and the service life of the equipment, which makes it possible to promptly make management and production decisions, ”said Viktor Busko, General Director of Zaporozhgneupor PrJSC.

The video surveillance system is organized on TRASSIR recorders connected by an optical network.

The plans include the installation of 64 more chambers in the aluminosilicate shop and the shop for magnesia products. By the end of the year, the technological video surveillance system will have more than 120 cameras and cover all the main units of the plant.
