PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" announces the #stayinukraine flash mob "I am getting lost in Ukraine" - for those patriots of the country, city, and their company who are not ready to surrender to a foreign land and are full of strength to support Ukraine in a difficult transformational period of changes. Currently, PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih", the largest mining and metallurgical enterprise in Ukraine, like other employers, is experiencing a significant outflow of personnel who are actively looking for work abroad. According to the polls, up to 65% of compatriots say they are ready to leave the country in search of a better paid job. However, there are often cases when disappointment and inability to adapt to new conditions, hard work for many months without rest break prospects and plans, often in parallel with the destruction of families at a forced distance and the loss of faith in their successful future. With the establishment of a visa-free regime for Ukrainians, an open opportunity appeared to travel to the countries of the European Union, from where they can bring back new connections, business partnerships, modern practices and experience. But to direct these skills to the development of their own country, which at the moment critically needs experienced, caring, self-confident specialists who are ready to invest their knowledge in the development of the state.

PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" - an enterprise representing an industry that makes a significant contribution to the country's economy, encourages its employees to stay working at the enterprise and in Ukraine, while significantly improving the working conditions of its personnel. Since May 1, 2017, PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" has increased the wages of employees up to 70%. Today the average salary at the enterprise is 11,128 hryvnyas. In addition, this year the company will allocate UAH 353.5 million for the social development of its team, about UAH 168 million for employee health improvement, UAH 317 million for labor protection, since occupational safety and health of personnel are key priorities for ArcelorMittal.
