India continues to strive to accelerate its efforts to protect the manufacturing sector, with 12 investigations into Chinese steel product imports launched this year.
At the same time, the volume of bilateral trade between China and India continues to grow, according to the latest statistics from the Chinese customs administration.
In January-May this year, the volume of bilateral trade between the countries increased by 30.1% compared to the same period last year. Officials say India is stepping up its efforts to protect its manufacturing sector, in particular its high-quality products.
