Annually about 1,500 students of universities, colleges and vocational lyceums undergo introductory, industrial and pre-diploma practice at Zaporizhstal.
In 2017, over 700 students and pupils underwent practical training at the enterprise. Based on the results of practical training, 100 best young specialists have already been employed at the Zaporizhstal plant. Over the past five years, the plant has employed more than 1,500 graduates of educational institutions of the city of Zaporozhye
Starting from the new academic year, students of the Zaporizhzhya Professional Right-Bank Lyceum, the Zaporizhzhya Professional Lyceum of Motor Transport, and the Zaporizhzhya Center of Water Transport will have practical training at Zaporizhzhya.
Earlier, within the framework of the program for cooperation with educational institutions, Zaporizhstal established 30 special scholarships for the city's students.
