Russia's Evraz, the country's second-largest steelmaker, said Thursday that its core income rose 65.5 percent in the first half of 2018 to $ 1.906 billion from $ 1.152 billion in the same period last year.
According to the company, revenues rose 24.2 percent over the same period last year to $ 6.333 billion, while net income rose to $ 1.145 billion from $ 86 million in the first half of last year.
The company said it has recommended a second interim dividend for 2018 of $ 0.40 per share.
