ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih is ranked 15th in the overall rating of the TOP-200 largest employers in the country and is the leader among the largest employers among the mining and metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine.
Currently, PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" employs over 20.5 thousand employees. And taking into account the subsidiaries, the number of permanent jobs is more than 25 thousand.
At the same time, the company provides jobs for contractors whose personnel are involved in the implementation of large-scale investment projects and the modernization of the plant.
For 9 months of 2018, more than 1,600 companies from Krivoy Rog and the Dnipropetrovsk region worked at the production sites of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, with a total of over 15 thousand employees.
PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" regularly raises the salaries of its employees. This year, the company has raised salaries twice - in May and October. In January-September 2018, the average salary at the enterprise amounted to UAH 13,469.5. Compared to the same period last year, it increased by 34.1%.
