Digital transformation: Metinvest creates an IT company

The Metinvest Group continues the systemic transformation of its IT function. In September of this year, a new company was established - Metinvest Digital LLC. The work of this IT company will be organized taking into account the best digital business practices.

Metinvest Digital will fulfill the entire list of IT tasks for Metinvest Group and work to improve IT service. Project activities will intensify: it is planned to create an expertise on new digital solutions and increase the efficiency of project launch.

Sergey Detyuk, IT Director of Metinvest Group, has been appointed as the General Director of the new enterprise (concurrently).

The entire staff of Metinvest's IT service will be transferred to Metinvest Digital by the end of the year - from January 2019, everyone will be registered at the new enterprise. All jobs and social guarantees will be preserved.
