Spain intends to close most of its coal mines by the end of this year after the government and unions reached an agreement that in the next ten years will provide investment in the mining regions in the amount of 250 million euros.
The new administration of Pedro Sanchez quickly moved on Environmental Policy, removing the controversial "solar tax" and announced that the national climate plan will be launched in November.
