Interpipe is one of the largest payers of taxes and fees in 2018

Throughout 2018, the Ukrainian industrial company INTERPIPE transferred UAH 2.17 billion to the budgets of all levels and off-budget funds. Compared to 2017, the volume of tax payments increased by 14.8%.

The amount of deductions to the state budget amounted to about UAH 1.334 billion, to local budgets - about UAH 454 million. About UAH 382 million more. the company has listed as ERUs.

In 2018, each ton of products produced by the company brought UAH 2,532 to the budget of Ukraine. In a situation when duties are introduced against Ukrainian metallurgists around the world, the government's initiatives to develop the domestic market for the consumption of metal products will have a direct effect in the form of tax refunds. From the point of view of INTERPIPE products, such areas are oil and gas production, car building and modernization of housing and communal services.

Earlier, at the end of January 2019, the company's electric steel plant - INTERPIPE STEEL (LLC MZ Dneprostal) - was included in the top 100 largest taxpayers of Ukraine according to the Office of Large Taxpayers of the State Fiscal Service.

As a reminder, in 2017, Interpipe paid UAH 1.89 billion. taxes and fees, which is 32% more than in 2016.

The funds paid by Interpipe in 2018 would be enough to cover two budgets of expenses of such a regional center as Uzhgorod, or one Ternopil at once. Or, for example, to finance 90% of the general budget of the Chernihiv region.
