Kornievsky Vitaly Nikolaevich served as the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Dneprospetsstal" for 10 years and three months from 23.04.2009.
The basis for such a decision was the expiration of the contract on the performance of the duties of the Chairman of the Management Board, which was concluded on July 31, 2019.
On July 24, 2019, the Supervisory Board made a decision to elect Sergey Gennadievich Kiiko as the Chairman of the Management Board of Dneprospetsstal JSC from 08/01/2019 for a period of 3 years.
