Metinvest recognized as the most successful Ukrainian brand

Metinvest Group entered the top 20 most successful Ukrainian brands that have become known throughout Ukraine and are among the leaders in their industries. This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the corresponding rating, prepared taking into account information from various open sources, including official information of companies, media reports, opinions of industry experts.

As you know, Metinvest Holding LLC, the management company of Metinvest Group, was founded in 2006. The group includes enterprises of the metallurgical, coal, mining and coke-chemical industries. Metinvest is the first and only Ukrainian member of the World Steel Association.

Metinvest Group controls the entire production chain from ore and coal mining to the production of semi-finished products and finished products, and has a sales network in all key regions of the world. According to the authors of the rating, the proximity of enterprises to key railway lines and ports allows them to quickly supply raw materials and metal products around the world. The group supports global initiatives and participates in international environmental projects. So, in 2010 Metinvest joined the UN Global Compact.

Metinvest is also strengthening its position as the largest mining and metallurgical group in Ukraine. In 2018, an investment program for $ 900 million was implemented, which was a record for Metinvest over the past seven years.
