MMK continues robotization of business processes

As part of the project for the implementation of business process automation at the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, MMK-Informservice entered into a general partnership agreement with UiPath, the world leader in the production of software platforms for the automation of robotic processes. The partnership will increase the efficiency of MMK's large-scale business process automation project by reducing the cost of the software used, and will also allow MKK to adopt the best practices in applying RPA technology used by other UiPath partner companies, including Deloitte, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM and others.

In July 2018, MMK-Informservice (part of the MMK group) established the RPA Center for Expertise and Innovation to coordinate the implementation of robotics software technology. Currently, dozens of software robots are already successfully operating in the MMK Group. According to Vadim Feoktistov, director of MMK-Informservice, the world experience in automation using RPA technology shows the high efficiency of this tool on the way to digital business transformation. This process is at the heart of MMK's comprehensive strategic initiative, Industry 4.0.
