China may increase production of stainless steel by 7 million tons in the next 3 years

According to statistics from China, the overall growth in stainless steel production in China has increased strongly, especially in the 300 series.

The rise in stainless steel production has also raised the level of stainless steel product inventories in China to a high level.

Due to this trend, stainless steel production in China is expected to add another 7 million tonnes over the next 3 years, and more than 80% of production will come from the top 10 steel producers in China.
