TMK announced that the US Department of Justice has dropped its investigation into Tenaris IPSCO Tubulars Inc's alleged acquisition from TMK. The proposed transaction was concluded on 22 March 2019 in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement between TMK and a 100% subsidiary of Tenaris. TMK plans to complete the deal shortly.
