Dneprospetsstal successfully passed QMS recertification audit

At the beginning of August, at our Enterprise, the auditors of TÜV "Thüringen" (Germany) conducted a recertification audit for the compliance of the plant's production and management processes with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.

The ISO 9001: 2015 certificate demonstrates to partners and clients of Dneprospetsstal that the activities of the Enterprise are aimed at meeting their needs and producing quality products that meet international requirements. The presence of this document helps to increase the competitiveness of our metal products both in the domestic market and in the markets of the Far Abroad.

This time, a group of four TÜV Thüringen specialists worked at Dneprospetsstal. Within two days, they checked the functioning of the quality management system in steel-making shops - SPC-2 and SPC-3; in the shops of the conversion production - rolling, rolling shop, as well as in the testing shop, instrumentation shop, in the departments, laboratories and departments of the Enterprise. In total, the inspection covered 17 divisions of the QMS.

In the course of the audit, a random check of compliance with the requirements of the standard was carried out by observing the activities of personnel and analyzing the documents submitted, on the basis of which the auditors made a conclusion on the implementation of the established requirements.

A thorough inspection of the production and management divisions of our Enterprise showed that Dneprospetsstal pays due attention to the application of modern management methods. Our specialists systematically approach the issues of improving the quality of products and production processes; strategic projects for the development of production are planned and implemented at the plant.

As a result, the auditors noted a fairly high level of production in the steelmaking and processing shops of the Enterprise, the effective organization of production management processes, document flow and work to improve the qualifications of personnel at Dneprospetsstal.

We thank all divisions of the plant that actively participated in the audit and showed a high level of preparation.
