The United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) has announced the final results of a Changed Circumstances Survey (CCR) of anti-dumping (AD) duties on reinforced concrete reinforcing bars (rebars) and wire rods from carbon and alloy steel from Belarus.
The final AD duty was kept at 114.53% for rebar and 280.02% for wire rod.
The USDOC concluded that Belarus is still a Non-Market Economy (NME) country under AD law, as the country's economy is largely not market-driven.
