The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has postponed an Anti-Dumping Preliminary Decision (AD) on imported seamless standard, line and pressure pipes made of carbon and alloy steel (SSLPP) from Russia, South Korea and Ukraine from the planned December 15. until February 3 at the request of the applicant.
The investigation was initially launched on the basis of a complaint filed by Vallourec Star, LP on July 8, 2020, alleging that the products in question from the Czech Republic, South Korea, Russia and Ukraine were sold on the US market at below fair prices. This time, however, the Czech Republic was excluded from the postponed decision deadline.
