According to statistics from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Turkey imported about 44,000 tonnes of cold rolled coils (CRC) in September, down 32.4% from the previous month and 18.8% from the same month a year ago. ...
In the first nine months of this year, Turkish CRC imports reached approximately 576,000 tons, an increase of 14.8% over the same period last year.
Among them, imports from Russia accounted for the largest share, amounting to about 354,000 tons, which is 38.83% more than a year earlier, followed by Belgium - 61,500 tons and South Korea - 41,700 tons.
