EU introduces AD duty on steel imports from Turkey

An anti-dumping investigation by the European Commission (AD) confirmed that imports of Turkish hot rolled coils (HRC) were dumped. Thus, the products in question will be charged a preliminary AD rate in the range of 4.8-7.6%.

This AD investigation was initiated on May 14, 2020 and will end usually in 13 months and is spreading to dozens of Combined Nomenclature codes.
