The US Department of Commerce (USDOC), following an investigation into imports from these three countries, issued dumping definitions: imports of seamless standard, line and pressure pipes made of carbon and alloy steel from South Korea, Russia and Ukraine will be subject to anti-dumping (AD) obligations.
The rate of antidumping duties for South Korea was set at 4.52%, for Russia - 209.72%, for Ukraine - 41.23%.
USDOC will announce final dumping margin within six 6 months. The USDOC has notified the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) that an investigation into the injuries has begun.
