The Canadian Border Guard Agency (CBSA) announced in a March 4 statement that it has imposed temporary anti-dumping duties (AD) of 8% and 45% on certain rebars from Oman and Russia, respectively, effective from the date of the announcement.
The case is the fourth rebar import investigation initiated by Canada in the past six years.
Canadian tariff codes for these products are 7213.10.00.11, 7213.10.00.12, 7213.10.00.13, 7213.10.00.90, 7214.20.00.00, 7215.90.00.20, 7215.90.00.30 and 7227.90.00.50.
