Metinvest acquires shares of ShSMU-1 and Ukrbud

The parent company of the international vertically integrated mining and metallurgical group Metinvest is Metinvest B.V. (Netherlands), acquires shares of PJSC "Shakhtostroymontazhnoe management No. 1" (ShSMU-1, Lysovka village, Pokrovsky district, Donetsk region) and PJSC "Avtopredpriyatie (AP)" Ukrbud "(" Ukrstroy ", Pokrovsk, Donetsk region), which are part of Pokrovskaya coal group (PUG).

In pursuance of the requirements of Part 2 of Art. 65 of the Law "On Joint Stock Companies" Metinvest B.V. reported that on March 18, 2021, she acquired the ownership rights to a controlling stake in the company as a result of the acquisition of shares in the authorized capital of LLC Mine Svyato-Pokrovskaya No. 3 and became indirectly the owner of 20,466 ordinary registered shares of PJSC ShSMU No. 1, and taking into account of the number of shares owned by her and her affiliated persons, became (directly and indirectly) the owner of 54.23% (from 4.29%) of the authorized capital of PJSC "ShSMU No. 1", - stated in the information of the enterprise.

At the same time, it is specified that Metinvest B.V. has not acquired shares of PJSC "ShSMU-1" within the last 12 months. In turn, in the information of PJSC "Auto Enterprise" Ukrbud "in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission with reference to the information received on March 19 from Metinvest B.V., it is reported that on March 18, 2021, the company received the ownership of a controlling stake in this enterprise.

March 18, 2021 Metinvest B.V. as a result of the acquisition of shares in the authorized capital of Svyato-Pokrovskaya No. 3 Mine LLC, it became indirectly the owner of 2,573,558 common registered shares of Ukrbud AP PJSC, which is 50,000971% of the authorized capital of Ukrbud AP PJSC, - states in It also clarifies that Metinvest BV has not acquired shares of Ukrbud AP PrJSC over the past year.
